The movie was just deliciously made(in Korean 맛깔나다). Watching it, I kept thinking how 'flavorful' it all felt.
The actors’ performances were outstanding. Especially Harry Melling in the "Meal Ticket" part – his eye acting blew me away. Tom Waits, an artist I adore, appeared in "All Gold Canyon,"
In All Gold Canyon, the visual storytelling was something else. Usually, we talk about cinematography being all sleek and stylish, but here, it felt genuinely meaningful, like every shot was just meant to be. And I believe this is the true meaning of cinematography.
The final episode subtly conveyed death without explicitly showing it, an elegant expression that demonstrates the filmmaker's profound understanding of cinematic storytelling. This approach made me appreciate how the movie articulates its themes.
