I'm currently following Jim Wendler's 531 Beach Body program.. It's a variation of the popular 531 strength training program known for its simplicity and effectiveness. The Beach Body spin-off maintains the core principles but adds a focus on aesthetics by adding additional exercises. One thing I really like that it includes a lot of clean sets—which, by the way, are awesome for anyone wanting to improve in sports because they really help build explosive strength.
So, yesterday, I was working out so hard that I almost hit my max lift. Man, after I dropped that barbell, I ended up falling flat on my back and blacking out for a second there. It was kind of intense and maybe a bit risky, but honestly, I felt this amazing rush of euphoria for a moment—it’s hard to explain.
